On that note, the footie season for 2008/2009 is closed. Let's not bring up the village idiot story again. Let's see what I like about the season

1. Chelsea won the FA Cup. 2-1 against Everton. The first silverware since 2007. YEAYYYY!

2. Yummy coach! Around of applause for this young and talented guy. Champions League winner under his belt and he's not even 40.

3. Looking at these pictures, just because... hahahahha (evil laugh!)

4. Though the season is over... this means that the new season is coming soon. And hopefully... si Cantik Menarik Kau Memang da Bomb who's out injured half of this season...

is out and about...

and will return next season with more fire and zest!

Can he come over and become Chelsea's coach for next season?

Kalau dah Rock Kapak tu....

... rock kapak la jugak.

Yes, akak ngaku uols that I was and still am a certified rock kapak fan. So kapak that I own a cassette by a band whom hail from Terengganu by the name of Sejati. I'm sure tak ramai orang pernah dengar band ni... let alone know that their hit single is called 'Bila Bunga di Petik Orang'.

If aku ingat-ingat balik the cover of the cassette, sumpah mati hidup balik tak beli punyalah sekarang ni.

I was so kapak that I check the listing of Pilihan Bersama in Utusan and listen to the show at night. My 'pilihan' lagu pun pernah di keudarakan (ya tuhan, selamatkan lah hamba mu ini). But masa tu dah rock kapak yg standard sket la... so mintak main lagu Bon Jovi. Muahahahah.

I think I know most of the songs in the late 80s and 90s. If it is on air, I bet I can sing the first line of the song.. and know when and how the bridge would be. But my kind of rock kapak is not those of 'jerangkung tepi paya', 'pelesit naik beca', 'belacan keramat' kind of rubbish. maybe it's rock kapak jiwang karat tangkap leleh, if you will.

But that was till high school. Lepas tu macam dunia ni terbukak luas sikit. And I left rock kapak jiwang karat tangkap leleh. I think after 1995, there's no more decent melayu rock album that I like. Time and again, I keep on listening to the good ol' days song. Tak suka the new materials. Except maybe one or two.

And today, I proved that I'm still a rock kapak jiwang karat tangkap leleh fan.

Of all the CDs that I wanted to buy from Speedy, I bought the ' Search No 1'!

Dapat ke nak tengok concert Search in August nanti? I hope :)

Tidak dapat acik nak menolong do. A true APA KEJADAH KEJADAH HARAM moment. One paper wrote that Chelsea had two legs and a hand into the finals, when all was taken away by the late goal from Barca.

Whatever la. Was the theory conspiracy true? Was the referee truly an idiot? (Aku still tak ampunkan red card bodo yg dia bagi Barca. I think that cluttered his mind and don't want to give all the deserving penalties to Chelsea!) Is Chelsea only to be blamed for not scoring more goals? Will Didier now be sold off from Chelsea? Will UEFA ban Chelsea?

Shish.. tho my heart couldn't take it watching these kind of thrilling matches...It's all the drama, blood, sweat, tears and deceit that make football fascinating! I couldn't help but wonder... how come there's a huge country out there that doesn't even watch Football.. when the whole world does? Clearly there's something wrong with them.

All in all... I wish Barca all the very best. Kasi pancung all the pansies at Manure Land (south to Keb*b*an Island). Also, the 'referee' is now the official village idiot at Keb*b*an Island. And as for the Blues boy, I stand by them for doing this:

Cuma satu je plus point match tu. I think Barca coach is comel.. and suit dia sgt smart!
