Bukan kita tak understanding. Aku rasa Malaysians are over tolerant and sangat understanding. Tu sebab, no one hired a professional killler to kill a certain someone yet. We understand that the price needs to go up. That the governement tak boleh nak subsidi harga tu sampai bebila.
The price hike was announced without class at all. Macam takut2. Macam pencuri. Macam pukul belakang. Macam takde telur. If it really needs to be done, do it properly la. With solid facts and figures. With conviction.
Ini cakap malam2 buta. Lepas tu had the cheek, to say need to change your lifestyle. Makan la ubi. Err.. we choose 70 cents, sbb just because. Ya right, if kau kena sepak tgh jalan, orang pun boley cakap.. err just because.
Marah betul aku la!
So how to cope now?
1. Tak payah makan, biar mati aje. No one to help generate the economy.
2. Duduk aje rumah, tak payah pergi keje. Lama2 kena buang keje. No one to help generate the economy.
3. Naik basikal pergi keje, mati kena langgar on the 3rd day. No one to help generate the economy.
4. Jangan pasang lampu, guna je lilin or ungun api. Terbakar satu rumah. Tido merempat ramai 2kat bawah2 jambatan putrajaya. Mati sebab sejuk. No one to help generate the economy.
5. Tanam padi, ubi or tangkap ikan sendiri. Tak payah buat keje lain. No one to help to generate the economy.
Tu dia Sorakan Emosi aku! (seriously, who came up with this? Tersangatlah lame!)My two cents worth of how I would do things differently. I know I'm talking thru my ass, but who cares. If "tingkat 4" can do it, so does everyone else on the other tingkat. 1. Do all you can to avoid the hike. There must be a way to counter this. 2. If dah tak boley sangat, do the increase gradually. Naik la sikit2.3. Educate, educate, educate the mass. Before nak increase the price, share the facts and figures with orang ramai. Put up bill boards, tv ads, flyers. Let them know that this needs to be done. 4. If you are really serious, not just to save some bogus money sebab nak menyenangkan diri sendiri, come up with a real turn around campaign. With a five years target. Get people to switch to NGV. - You can come up with a cleaner Malaysia campaign or some mumbo jumbo - At the same time, Petronas get to widen their NGV business - At the same time, Proton can should produce cheap commercial NGV vehicle ( a new niche market for them).- With lower fuel consumption in Malaysia, Petronas to export more and make more money. - At the same time, you could come up with whatever new tax etc to encourage people to use NGV rather than fuel.Bottom line, at the end of the 5 years:- Cleaner Malaysia. We contribute to help the global environment- Alternatives for the mass. - More money for Petronas and Proton. Means money for the government as well.- People are happy. Happy people will continue to vote for you. You get to stay in power and steal more money.Everyone wins! But NOOOOOOOO... you rather have the easy way out. Sayang semuanya sudah terlambat, tak guna kau tangisi lagi. What else to do before the rakyat really runs amok?Get the whole "4th floor" and the whole think-tank crew to jump out of the window, with rakyat jelata pelting them with stones as they fall to the ground.
