This is a signature move/post/gesture from Luca Toni after scoring a goal. A gesture which we did not see at all during Euro 2008. All we saw, was his missed headers and fumbling about in front of the goal post.
To me this gesture meant - I-would-like-to-strangle-my throat-and-pull-my-head-out-of-it's socket. Or "Elek.. satu goal pun tarak, dey!" (mamak style)
He was the top scorer of Bundesliga with 24 (frickin') goals
He was the top scorer of UEFA cup with 10 (frickin') goals
