While watching Abang (the original Rahim Razali version) on youtube (all 10 chapters of it), the first thing I notice was the opening theme song. It was instrumental, but wait.. I've heard it somewhere.
Googled and discovered, that it was Simfoni Kasih sang by Ogy. Interesting, Watson! The song was written by the late Ahmad Daud and the lyrics were written by Rahim Razali, himself. When I read the lyrics, and try to relate it to the movie, all I get was - err apakah?
But anyhoo, it's a nice song to listen to while driving back home from work at 10pm. I love the chorus with all the saxaphone ke trumpet ke in the background. A classic 80s sound. And the pronunciation of the words...priceless.
This one goes to those feeling melodramatic or nostalgic even. Frankly, you can't go any lower than this... hahahahah.

To be frank, I have no idea coz I've been there for a number of times for the past months, and they are always closed. But I should think they are still open... how could they not?!!
