Singapura Di Langgar Todak

Hahahahhahahhah there you go. The theme of my shopping madness in Orchard Road. It's always not a good idea to go shopping with nothing in mind. Instead of buying something, you end up with everything. The picture was taken outside of Robinson. Kudos to the marketing genius behind this campaign. They were giving out free shopping bag with any purchase. Nasib baik dah habis bag tu, if not tak balik agaknya kitaorg.

I went to Singapore with Bibah, sahabat lama from my school days. Actually pergi nak tengok Queen musical - We Will Rock You. We had a day to spare, and it will be utter sin not to drop by in Orchard Road. I told Bibah, we must shop till someone feels like killing someone or till someone feels that suicide is a better option than taking the next step. Bibah told me to remind her to watch her spending. Sorry lah kak, you got the wrong person. Heheheheheh. Tu dia.. in the end, we spend the whole day from 11am to almost 9.30pm just on one side of Orchard Road! By the time, we cross over and masuk Takashimaya, dua-dua dah suicidal. If someone would offer a Coach bag for 10 SGD, I think the two of us would rather drop dead than pergi berebut beli bag tu. I even notice that I had blisters on my fingers from carrying too many bags!!!

Balik we took cab to Woodland. Tumpang a friend's place. Kena 20 SGD.

Was it worth it? TOTALLY!

The trip was short but a fun one. It's my first time, naik bus to Singapore. Not bad actually. We arrived at night, so the customs was empty. And when we went back, there's no one to check our bags at Kastam Johor. Cayalah!!! Sebab, if they do, aku lah mangsa pertama yang sah-sah kena tax. The bus pun was not that bad. Nak kata laju, I think it was biasa je. The trip back, we took the slighty expensive coach. Boley tgk movie. Kinda of cool.

Well, hope ada rezeki to return back, sebab there's two more shopping complex under construction in Orchard Road. Tak eloklah kalau tak check it out :)
